Wold Top Brewery and Books by the Beach are partnering again for the annual festival beer naming competition. Books by the Beach is back! 9 - 11 June

Meet bestselling authors at Scarborough’s TENTH book festival this June. 2003 - 2023 - join us on 3rd June and help us celebrate 20 years of brewing amazing ales

We turn 20 this year - in early June!  What a whirlwind ride these last 20 years have been! From a small, farm diversification project, employing family and a couple of staff,  to a well-established regional UK brewer employing 20 local people and generating much-needed income for the local area. We're bringing Shakespeare to the brewery!

We're very excited to be bringing live theatre to the Yorkshire Wolds with an alternative take on Shakespeare later this year. Join us on 28th July when touring company 440 Theatre will visit the brewery to deliver a performance of Shakespeare with a difference. As part of a double bill, the troupe of four actors will be performing Macbeth and Romeo and Juliet in one evening.  Act One sees the 440 team wrestle with a side-splitting Macbeth, followed by an outrageous take on Rot in Act Two.
