The teams at the brewery and sister company Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery are celebrating after reaching the final of the Northern Powerhouse Export Awards in the Small and Micro Exporter categories respectively. We're pleased to share the news that we have created a new apprenticeship role in our admin team. Josh Pickard from Bridlington joined the team recently as Office Administrator and is combining work at the brewery with studying for a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship qualification at Craven College in Skipton. Did you know that the very first batch of beer we ever (successfully) brewed here at Wold Top was Wold Top Bitter? Brewed on the 14th May 2003 by founder Tom, and it’s been his favourite beer ever since!
