We've won a second sustainable business award

We're very excited to share the news that we have won a second regional business award for our sustainable farming and brewing.
Last week, we won the ‘Environmental and Sustainability Award’ at the 22nd annual HullLive Business Awards that took place at Hull’s DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel.
Receiving the award, our director, Kate Balchin said: “We live, work and play in a wonderful area of Yorkshire and want to maintain this balance for future generations. We’re over the moon to be rewarded for our environmental initiatives a second time in a matter of weeks.”
We faced competition from Hull based O&E Services Ltd. and Timloc Building Products from Howden. The winners were announced at an awards dinner that was hosted by ITV News anchor, Lucrezia Millerini and included a keynote speech from Green & Black’s co-founder and leading entrepreneur, Jo Fairley.
The news follows a win in the Sustainability and Environment category at the Yorkshire Post Rural Awards last month.
