Seasonal mini casks now available

Award winning Wold Top Brewery is making it easy for people to enjoy cask conditioned ales at home by producing a range of popular seasonal mini casks.

The five litre (approx.9 pint) mini casks can be filled with your choice of Wold Top Brewery Ales, including the seasonal ales Merry Christmas (6% ABV) and 5 Wold Rings (5%) plus flagship Wold Top Bitter (3.7% ABV), ruby red Mars Magic (4.6% ) and award winning Falling Stone (4.2%) and Wold Gold (4.8%).? They?re a cost effective way to enjoy real ale without venturing out and make a great present for a beer lover.? Simply position the cask where it is to be served and leave it to settle for 36 hours before drinking.? Once opened, the ale has a shelf life of 3 ? 4 days if kept cool.

The mini casks cost ?15 for standard beers and ?16 for seasonal ales and can be ordered for Christmas and New Year direct from the Brewery (01723 892222) and from Wells Butchers in Burton Fleming.? The casks will also be available at Driffield Farmers? Markets on 5th and 22nd December.

The Wold Top team will also be supporting Sledmere House Food and Craft Festival on 4th-6th December, where a selection of beer, including the charity ale Candlelight, will be on sale.
