Busy weekend for Brewery

An independent Wold Newton brewery will be spending the forthcoming Independence Day weekend spreading the word about its award-winning real ales throughout Yorkshire.

On Saturday 3rd, the Wold Top Brewery team will be attending both Driffield and Hovingham Farmers? Markets with Independence Day offers on selected beers and will be talking to people withcoeliac disease about Against the Grain gluten free beer at a Coeliac Fayre in Middlesbrough, whilst on Sunday 4th, the team will be running a bar of its best selling ales at?Farmer Copley?s Festival in Pontefract.? In addition, the brewery will be running the bar for the second consecutive year at the popular?Staxtonbury Family Music Festival in nearby Staxton.

Commenting on the forthcoming weekend brewery co-owner Gill Mellor said; ?It will be a challenging weekend logistically but a rewarding one in terms of being able to engage with our customers and get valuable feedback.? I can?t recall any other weekend where Wold Top Brewery has been represented in three out of the four ridings of Yorkshire ? I hope that the weather stays fine!?
